Job description for Research & Development at PT Kreasi Indah Alam

TUGAS & TANGGUNGJAWAB:

Bertanggungjawab atas semua kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan produk, termasuk pelaporan progress pengembangan produk, serta pemantauan produk baru yang diedarkan di pasaran
Membuat riset formula dan packaging pengembangan produk, beserta dokumen terkait
Membuat dokumen informasi produk untuk proses notifikasi produk
Melakukan trial pengolahan dan pengemasan produk skala laboratorium, pilot, dan skala produksi
Menyiapkan sampel produk trial untuk proses stabilitas

KUALIFIKASI:

Usia maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 Farmasi
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada posisi yang sama, diutamakan dari industri kosmetik/farmasi
Terbiasa dengan berbagai bahan baku kosmetik bahan alam
Terbiasa dengan dokumentasi terkait R&D
Mengetahui tentang stabilitas kosmetika
Memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik, serta dapat mengembangkan tim untuk memiliki penguasaan materi yang lebih dalam
Penempatan di Caringin, Kab Bogor
