Job description for RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT TEXTILE SUPERVISOR at PT. Knitto Tekstil Indonesia

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Pendidikan minimal D3/D4 Kimia Tekstil / Teknik Tekstil / Kimia Murni.

2. Pengalaman mnimal 3–5 tahun di R&D Tekstil (Dyeing/Finishing/Color Matching) & formulasi chemical.

3. Memiliki pengetahuan teknis terkait :

- Dyes (Reactive, Disperse, Direct, Vat, Sulfur)

- Finishing chemical & mesin Dyeing/Finishing

- Color matching & spectrophotometer

- Parameter QC kain (GSM, shade, shrinkage, softness, width)

4. Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving teknis, leadership & coaching, komunikasi lintas departemen, pembuatan laporan teknis.

5. Teliti, sabar, kreatif, disiplin, mampu bekerja dengan target dan menjaga keselamatan.

6. Bersedia ditempatkan di Majalaya, Kab. Bandung

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Mengembangkan formula warna dan finishing baru sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan serta memastikan hasil trial siap untuk produksi massal.

2. Melakukan dan mengawasi trial di Dyeing/Finishing serta memastikan konsistensi formula dari lab ke bulk.

3. Menganalisis dan menangani masalah kualitas warna/finishing serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk menurunkan reject.

4. Mengevaluasi chemical baru dari vendor dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan kualitas.

5. Menyusun recipe, SOP, dan laporan hasil trial/pengembangan produk secara sistematis.

6. Membimbing tim R&D Lab serta berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan dan produksi.

7. Memastikan pelaksanaan keselamatan kerja dan kebersihan area R&D sesuai standar.
