Job description for Research and Development Staff at Trans F&B
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities to create new products and improve existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and process implementations
- Design and execute experiments, trials, and testing to validate product and process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including suppliers and vendors, to stay informed about trends
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of research and development activities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments, including supply chain, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and process implementations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in R&D, product development, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food science, food safety, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
