Cahaya Kencana is currently looking for a Research & Development Staff – Surabaya Area !
Cahaya Kencana is a Noodle & crackers manufacturer based in Sidoarjo, East Java Indonesia. Recently, we are expanding and developing new, exciting products. Thus, we are looking for an eager team member to join our growing team.
What you will do :
As a part of the R & D team, you'll be working closely to produce high quality and tasty products to the world :
- Conduct experiments on different materials
- To implement and maintain good manufacturing standards in order to achieve higher efficiency, productivity and quality
- Provide daily production output report and escalate issues / challenges to Production Manager for immediate assistance
- Weekly briefing to production crews at the beginning of the shift, such as communicating about production targets, quality & safety concern, etc
- Monitor frequently the production activity and seek approval to adjust priorities or make any changes
- Plan the monthly and weekly production planning
- Ensure new employees are well trained and all employees follow the standards operating procedures/Enforce food safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Manage our laboratory reports
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least university graduate from food technology/food science major
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- No prior experience is required but experience in F&B manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and able to perform data analytics.
- Good leadership skills; good planning and organizing skills; good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be stationed in Surabaya
