JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As an R&D Staff, you’ll create and test new product ideas, refine formulations based on feedback, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate across teams to launch products that meet market needs.
- Research and Develop new products from concept to implementation (formulation, consumer test, lab scale production, etc) aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Design teams to bring product ideas to launch.
- Conduct product testing, gather feedback, and refine formulations for quality, taste, and function.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market insights, and competitor innovations.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, or external research partners as needed.
- Ensure all product developments comply with food safety regulations and internal quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, or a related field.
- Min 1–2 years of R&D or product development experience is a plus.
- Strong interest in the healthy food/beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of ingredients, formulation techniques, and sensory testing.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and within a fast-moving, collaborative team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working WFO System or relocate to Tangerang (Greenlake City)
