As a Process Engineer and Research and Development Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of our production processes. You will be involved in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs. Key responsibilities include conducting process capability studies to assess and improve process performance, applying statistical process control techniques to monitor and control process variability, and leading projects aimed at improving production efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly focusing on the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC). Your role will be instrumental in driving innovation within our R&D department, contributing to the development of new products and process improvements.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a relevant field and between 1 to 3 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role. Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in Process Capability Index (CPK), Process Improvement, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC).
