Job Specification :

Freshgraduate dengan pengalaman RnD dipersilahkan melamar
Minimal 2 tahun di laboratorium QC/R&D, lebih disukai dari industri Cat, Coating, Pigment, Solven, Masterbatch.
Memahami dasar-dasar kimia dan pengujian laboratorium
Mampu mengoperasikan alat lab seperti viskometer, spectrophotometer, timbangan digital, dll.
Terbiasa membuat laporan dan dokumentasi uji lab
Terbiasa menggunakan komputer (Excel, Word)

Job Description:

Melakukan pengujian bahan baku, bahan setengah jadi, dan produk akhir
Melakukan analisa fisik dan kimia seperti: viskositas, densitas, warna, gloss, dan daya rekat
Membuat laporan hasil uji harian dan mendokumentasikan hasil analisa secara akurat
Terlibat dalam proses trial formula baru dan perbaikan formula (untuk R&D)
Membantu menjaga dan melakukan kalibrasi alat-alat laboratorium secara berkala
Berkoordinasi dengan tim Produksi, QC, dan R&D terkait kualitas dan formula produk
