Berpengalaman dalam riset, olah data, manajemen data & knowledge management
Memahami metode analisis statistik dan psikometri, termasuk analisis faktor, Item Response Theory, dan analisis klasifikasi.
Berpengalaman dalam mengembangkan produk lebih disukai
Mahir dalam analisis dan interpretasi data kualitatif dan kuantitatif
Menguasai beberapa aplikasi olah data seperti R, LISREL, JASP, dll.
