- Lebih disukai jurusan statistik, matematika, marketing
- Pengalaman kerja 1 Tahun
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Memiliki kemampuan MS Excel yang baik.
- Memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi secara mandiri
- Menyukai riset dan data
- Memiliki kemampuan MS Power Point yang baik
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan tim

Job Description :
- Client service dan approach
- Membantu tim dalam menyusun quotation, desain penelitian/ proposal dan order Form sesuai arahan tim B2
- Membantu dalam penyusunan parameter riset seperti kuesioner penelitian kuantitatif dan discussion guide kualitatif
- Mempelajari project management dan membantu dalam memonitor setiap progress dalam proyek (witness, progress perolehan, hasil pengecekan unit kendali mutu, data blank, dll)
- Membantu dalam memonitor kualitas dan validitas data dalam proyek
- Mempelajari dan membantu menyusun dp spec, template dan charting report
- Membantu tim dalam proses pengecekan analisis data baik tabulasi dari data analyst maupun analisis dalam report
- Mempelajari minimal 2 metodologi riset: options: F2F, CLT, Online survey, CATI, HUT, Mystery Shopping, In-Depth Interview, Focus Group Discussion dalam 3 bulan
- Mempelajari salah 1 topik riset dalam 3 bulan: option: SLE, Industrial & Investigative Reserch, Consumer Behavior, Brand Study, Product Test, Concept Test, Employee Engagement
- Mempelajari minimal 1 tool analysis dalam 3 bulan: options: PLS SEM, Regresi, Korelasi, Uji Statistik Parametrik dan Non Parametrik, Max Diff, Conjoint Best Choice, Principal Component Analysis
- Menguasai english for business
