Job Description
- Handle operational processes for motorcycle rentals from the beginning to the end of transactions.
- Assist customers with booking, check-in, check-out, and vehicle handovers.
- Explain information regarding rental rates, terms and conditions, and usage rules to customers.
- Inspect the condition of the vehicles before and after customer use.
- Accurately record daily transaction, payment, and operational administration data.
- Manage vehicle availability to align with customer booking schedules.
- Coordinate with mechanics or the technical team regarding vehicle conditions and maintenance needs.
- Ensure the rental operational area remains clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Help maintain service quality to ensure customers receive an excellent rental experience.
- Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure all motorcycles are roadworthy.
- Support other operational needs related to motorcycle rentals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Skilled in using computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in motorcycle rentals, the automotive industry, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic understanding of two-wheeled vehicle inspection.
- Friendly, communicative, and possesses strong customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented in data recording and administration.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willing to work in shifts and ready to work in the operational/field area.
- Having an active Indonesian Driver's License (SIM C) is an advantage.
- Ready to join immediately.
