Job description for Rental Agent at PT BALI REAL ESTATE
We're looking for a friendly, motivated Rental gent to join our team in Seminyak.
If you enjoy meeting new people, have good communication skills, and are interested in real estate, we'd love to hear from you. Your main role will be helping clients find the right rental property while providing great service from the first inquiry until they move in.
Whether you already have experience or you're eager to learn, we're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
-Respond to rental inquiries from potential tenants.
-Help clients find rental properties that match their needs and budget.
-Arrange and conduct property viewings.
-Explain property features, rental terms, and answer client questions.
-Assist landlords and tenants throughout the rental process.
-Prepare rental agreements and other necessary documents.
-Looking and Keep our property listings accurate and up to date.
-Build good relationships with landlords, tenants, and business partners.
-Stay up to date with the local rental market and pricing.
What We're Looking For
-Experience in real estate, rentals, hospitality, or sales is a plus
-Friendly, confident, and professional when dealing with clients.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Able to organize your own schedule, and take responsibility for daily follow-ups.
-Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-Good spoken and written English.
-A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
The take-home pay range will be 6 million - 25 million / month. (after commission)
