Job description for Renewable Energy Project Manager at FEDORA GROUP INDONESIA
Fedora Group Indonesia is rapidly expanding in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar power (PV systems) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact energy projects across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, execution, monitoring, and commissioning)
Manage projects related to solar PV, BESS, and integrated energy solutions
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in:
Renewable energy
Solar PV (PLTS)
Battery / Energy Storage Systems
Electrical / EPC projects
Strong understanding of electrical systems and energy infrastructure
Proven experience managing on-site (field) projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Familiar with project management tools and reporting systems
