We are now expanding our global sales team and hiring ambitious, high-English-proficiency SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who want to build a long-term career in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
💼 Role: Sales Development Representative (Fully remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote
Compensation:
Base Salary: 12M IDR per month
Bonus: 1M IDR per qualified meeting booked
Commission: 4M-8M IDR per closed deal generated from your opportunities

🔥 Responsibilities
- As an SDR, you will help drive MapTrack’s growth by creating new business opportunities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, qualify and schedule sales meetings with decision-makers
- Understand customer needs across construction, mining, HVAC, electrical, maintenance, and asset-intensive sectors
- Use our AI-powered tools to personalize outreach
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives
- Log activities and track progress inside the CRM
- Represent MapTrack with professionalism and high-quality communication
🎯 Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
High energy, positive attitude, coachability
Strong internet connection and quiet working environment
Desire to grow into enterprise B2B SaaS sales
Ability to follow processes and hit activity targets
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, construction or B2b SaaS environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience contacting international markets (US, Australia, UK, APAC)
