Job description for Remote Marketing Sales & Customer Service Staff at eVantage HR Pte Ltd
We are hiring remote staff for marketing, sales, and customer service roles. This position includes training and offers a mix of basic salary + commission on closed deals.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong command of English
✅ Ability to use ChatGPT, AI tools, facebook, instagram, figma and Canva
✅ A team player with good communication skills
✅ Careful and meticulous in handling tasks
✅ Able to work in shifts (weekdays & weekends, 24/7 rotation)
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Basic salary: 3,600,000 IDR (before commission)
💰 Commission on closed deals
💰 Friend referral bonus: 1,220,000 IDR for each successful hire
