- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in workforce operations, HR, or outsourcing services.
- Strong coordination skills in managing employees across multiple work sites.
- Capable of creating work schedules, managing shifts, and overseeing attendance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills; able to handle employee/client complaints and maintain professional relationships.
- Willing to travel between work locations and flexible with working hours as needed.
- Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
