Role Overview: Relationship Manager (Part-Time)
This position will serve our Indonesia branch. As a Relationship Manager, you play a key role in driving revenue by consistently meeting monthly sales targets and objectives. Your duties will involve reaching out to company-provided leads, consultative selling, successfully closing deals, and handling sales-related administrative tasks to support your overall sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to potential clients to schedule in-person appointments (cold calling)
- Engage with high-profile clients through personalized one-on-one consultations.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and effectively close deals.
- Achieve monthly individual sales targets and objectives.
- Complete post-sales administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Reach out to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
Requirement:
- Are effectively bilingual in Indonesian and English to liaise with clients
- Possess the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a positive, confident, and determined approach
- Possess resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Are comfortable working with upscale, professional clientele
