Job Description
• Acquire new customers and follow up new prospective customers.
• Work with Customer Service Department, to ensure the following:
a. A smooth customer’s account opening and account closing process
b. Customer’s feedback are followed up and resolved/ addressed in timely manner.
• Familiarize customers on OJK and IDX trading rules and regulations to ensure compliance
• Ensure customer orders are received and execute in accordance with customer’s instruction.
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers
Requirement
• Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive social networking.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Capital Market
• Hold a valid WPPE or WPEE license from OJK
• Familiar with Indonesian Capital market and mechanics are advantageous.
• Sales focus in terms of growing customer base.
