Kualifikasi :
- Wanita/Pria minimal S1 Psikologi
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang rekrutmen (wajib)
- Memahami alat test psikologi
- Memahami alur proses rekrutmen dengan baik
- Target oriented
Jobdesk :
- Memenuhi SDM yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan permintaan perusahaan
- Berkoordinasi dengan manajer perekrutan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan staf dan kriteria pemilihan kandidat
- Mencari pelamar melalui saluran online, seperti LinkedIn dan jaringan profesional lainnya
- Menyusun daftar kandidat yang paling sesuai dengan menilai CV, portofolio, dan referensi mereka
- Membangun kumpulan bakat untuk mengelola siklus perekrutan dan mengembangkan strategi dan program baru untuk menarik kandidat
- Menentukan metode yang paling efektif untuk merekrut dan menarik kandidat
