About The Role
Zando Agency's owners themselves are looking for a Recruitment Staff who knows about end-to-end Recruitment Process.
What You Will Do :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with Hiring Manager & Ushers for position requirement.
- Handle MT projects/massive recruitment & employer branding
- Collect all hiring documents needed
- Update process in Applicant Tracking System
- Monitoring recruitment progress and solving related issues
What You Will Need :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in English
- Placement: Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara
