Pendidikan minimal D3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan;
Memiliki STR aktif;
Memahami sistem pengelolaan rekam medis manual maupun elektronik;
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, terutama Microsoft Office dan SIMRS;
Memahami penggunaan SIMRS Khanza;
Teliti dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien.
