Job description for Regulatory Intern (Paid) at PT. Swalayan Sukses Abadi (TheFoodhall)
Currently, Boots Indonesia (PT. Panen Selaras Adiperkasa), part of MAP Group, is looking for Regulatory Intern (Paid).
Responsibilities:
1. Compile product information: Assist regulatory officers in preparing and developing documentation for Boots products.
2. Draft cosmetic notifications: Support submissions to BPOM for product compliance.
3. Prepare import documents: Help organize and complete paperwork required for import licensing.
4. Review import applications: Assist in drafting and checking applications via BPOM e-service.
Requirements:
1. Active undergraduate students majoring in Pharmacy or Chemistry with no classes to attend; fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Able to work full-time from office and commit to a minimum of 3 months internship.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
5. Positive attitude, strong communication, and eagerness to learn.
