Job description for Regulatory & Compliance (SNI Specialist) at PT NCS Consultant Indonesia
WE ARE HIRING: Regulatory & Compliance Consultant (SNI, SBU, & Tech Licenses) 🚀
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead consultant for clients in managing end-to-end SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) product certification and factory audit preparation
- Handle SBU Jasa Konstruksi (Business Entity Certificate for Construction) and related technical licenses through the LPJK, Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR), and relevant professional bodies.
- Manage regulatory compliance and certification processes for Electrical & Electronics equipment (including SDPPI, energy efficiency standards, and safety compliances).
- Execute data synchronization, licensing applications, and verifications via OSS RBA, SIINas, and other official government portals.
- Conduct pre-audit assessments of client technical documents to ensure compliance and minimize rejection risks during verification.
- Maintain professional communication with government authorities, certification bodies (LSPro), testing laboratories, and technical agencies (BSN, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Chemical), Law, Science, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in handling SNI certifications, SBU Konstruksi, or electrical product compliances (experience in a consultancy firm is highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks regarding SNI type 5, LPJK/Construction permits, and electrical safety standards.
- Proficient in navigating OSS RBA, SIINas, and relevant government compliance portals.
- English proficiency is a must (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
