Job description for Regulatory Affairs Supervisor (Freelance) at PT Aromatiques International Indonesia
Position Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Regulatory Supervisor who possesses expertise in import processes, BPOM product registration, and experience as a PJT (Penanggung Jawab Teknis). The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory compliance while facilitating seamless coordination with relevant authorities and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance & Product Registration:
- Oversee and manage the product registration process with BPOM, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, facilitating product approvals and certifications.
- Monitor and maintain the validity of product registrations and licenses.
Import Process Oversight:
- Ensure all imported products comply with local regulations and obtain necessary import permits.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline import-related documentation and approvals.
PJT (Penanggung Jawab Teknis) Duties:
- Serve as the PJT, overseeing technical responsibilities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines for product safety and quality assurance.
Collaboration & Internal Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure regulatory compliance for new and existing product launches.
- Provide guidance on regulatory matters and update internal stakeholders on any changes in legislation or guidelines.
Continuous Monitoring & Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments, both locally and internationally, and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and recommend improvements to enhance regulatory processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the beauty or FMCG sector.
Proven track record in import processes, BPOM product registration, and performing PJT responsibilities.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BPOM regulations, import licensing, and product registration.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with regulatory software and tools is a plus.
