Job description for Registered Nurse at Wave Skin Wellness
About Us: Wave Skin Wellness is a leading clinic specializing in Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) treatment for skin health in Indonesia. We offer innovative and effective medical solutions to improve the quality of life for those struggling with severe skin issues.
We are seeking skilled and compassionate female nurses to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a non-invasive treatment to our clients. You will work closely with the general practitioner and other healthcare professionals in our team to provide optimal care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out non invasive treatment with our C.A.P Device in a professional manner and guide the patients in their healing process.
- Perform wound cleansing, debridement, and dressing changes using special, different and aseptic techniques.
- Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, helping them cope with the emotional challenges of a skin disease called Topical Steroid Addiction.
- Develop and implement alternative care plans that address all the aspects of specific skin problems.
- Work closely with our Doktor in Charge and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, assessments, and interventions.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care to clients and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Nursing degree from a recognized institution. (Fresh Graduates Welcome To Apply)
- Have an active STR
- Open to learning about alternative medical approaches and treatments
- Living in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
- Strong English skills, written and spoken
- Valid medical license and registration in Indonesia
- Experience in dermatology, allergy, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of TSW and CAP treatment is a plus
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
