Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, channel sales, project sales, business development, or related fields.
- Previous experience working for a Principal, Distributor, System Integrator, or Technology Company.
- Strong experience in channel management and partner development.
- Experience managing dealers, distributors, resellers, or strategic partners.
- Strong understanding of B2B/project-based sales.
- Existing network within the assigned regional market is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work with sales targets, pipeline, forecasting, and revenue growth.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales across the West, Central, or East regions of Indonesia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Manage project sales from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, through to closing.
- Develop a network of distributors, dealers, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners within the region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on regional market characteristics.
- Achieve established sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor the regional sales pipeline, forecasts, and project progress.
- Collaborate with Presales, Technical, Marketing, and Management teams to ensure customer needs are properly addressed.
- Conduct market mapping and provide insights on competitors, market needs, and regional business opportunities.
Regional Coverage
This position will be responsible for one of the following regions:
WEST REGION
Sumatra, Java, and surrounding areas.
CENTRAL REGION
Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and surrounding areas.
EAST REGION
Maluku, Nusa Tenggara, Papua, and surrounding areas.
Value-Added Qualifications
- Experience in AI, AIoT, Smart City, or Intelligent Video Analytics.
- Understanding of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Experience using Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or other diagramming tools.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
