Role Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor and motivate sales team to achieve target and performance desired.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop, implement and maintain sales internal system to cope with company's needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key clients and business partners.
- In charge of regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing team in order to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the sales budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience, including at least 1 years in a leadership role.
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Market Research and Reporting abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales performance or ERP system or tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the professional audio-visual and lighting industry.
- Fluency in English and/or additional languages.
- Relevant certifications or training certifications.
