The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within the Ciampel region, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through effective B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all sales operations align with company objectives. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales management are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's Degree and between 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and business development.
