Job Description
1. Inventory Management (Commodity-Based)
• Ensure accurate inventory control for coconut derivatives and coconut shell charcoal (raw, semi-finished, and finished goods)
• Monitor key quality parameters during storage (e.g., moisture content, contamination, shrinkage)
• Conduct regular stock opname and reconcile physical vs system stock
• Manage batch/lot tracking for export traceability
2. Inbound & Outbound Operations
• Oversee receiving of raw materials (coconut shell, copra, charcoal) and finished goods
• Manage proper segregation of grades/specifications (e.g., moisture %, ash content, size grading)
• Supervise picking, packing, and container loading (stuffing)
• Ensure shipment readiness aligned with export schedules
3. Export Warehouse Operations
• Plan and supervise container stuffing (FCL/LCL) for export shipments
• Ensure compliance with export packing standards (e.g., jumbo bags, 5H3 bags, pallets)
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping lines for vessel cut-off timelines
• Ensure documentation alignment (packing list vs actual cargo)
4. Warehouse Operations & Layout
• Design warehouse zoning for:
• Raw materials
• Finished goods
• Export-ready cargo
• Implement proper ventilation and dry storage conditions to prevent moisture increase
• Optimize space utilization for bulk commodities
5. Quality Control in Warehouse
• Work closely with QC team to ensure product meets specifications:
• Moisture content
• Ash content
• Volatile matter (for charcoal)
• Prevent contamination (dust, foreign materials, mixing grades)
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO implementation for quality preservation
6. Team Management
• Supervise warehouse staff including loaders, sorters, and admin
• Manage labor allocation for high-volume activities (loading/unloading containers)
• Train team on handling of bulk agricultural commodities
7. System & Reporting (WMS / ERP)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP
• Monitor stock movement by batch, grade, and specification
• Generate reports on stock, shipment, and losses
8. Cost & Loss Control
• Minimize stock loss due to:
• Moisture gain
• Handling damage
• Spillage
• Control warehouse operational costs (labor, storage, rehandling)
9. Safety & Compliance (HSE / K3)
• Ensure safe handling of charcoal (fire risk, dust control)
• Implement fire prevention systems and SOPs
• Maintain compliance with warehouse and export regulations
10. Supply Chain Coordination
• Coordinate with procurement (raw material supply), production, QC, and export teams
• Support shipment planning and ensure on-time delivery
Job Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics operations
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Mandatory experience in charcoal, coconut, or agricultural commodity handling
Technical Skills
• Strong understanding of:
• Bulk commodity warehousing
• Export packing & container stuffing
• Inventory control methods (FIFO / FEFO)
• Familiar with WMS / ERP systems
• Understanding of product specifications:
• Charcoal: moisture, ash content, volatile matter
• Coconut products: moisture control, hygiene standards
Leadership & Operational Skills
• Strong leadership in managing large labor teams
• Hands-on operational mindset (able to work on-site, not only administrative)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Other Requirements
• Knowledge of fire safety standards (critical for charcoal storage)
• Ability to work under tight shipment deadlines
• High discipline and accountability
Language Skills
• Bahasa Indonesia: Fluent
• English: Working proficiency
• Mandarin: Preferred (for export coordination)

• Inventory Accuracy ≥ 98%
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full Shipment) ≥ 95%
• Moisture deviation within acceptable range
• Stock Loss / Shrinkage ≤ target
