Job Description:
- - Support regional program implementation in alignment with project timelines, targets, and operational standards.
- - Coordinate with schools, field teams, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of program activities.
- - Coordinate class setup and operational preparation, including CMS class assignment, teacher/mentor allocation, and communication with teaching personnel from the existing database.
- - Conduct daily school visits, monitor program progress, and identify operational challenges in the field.
- - Collect, manage, and validate operational data for reporting and progress tracking purposes.
- - Prepare routine reports and maintain proper documentation of program activities and outcomes through Spreadsheets and CMS.
- - Support workshops, trainings, competitions, and stakeholder engagement activities in the assigned region.
- - Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, local government representatives, and community partners.
- - Escalate critical issues, risks, and updates to HQ in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- - Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in a regional context.
- - Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- - Detail-oriented with good administrative and reporting abilities.
- - Experience working with NGOs, government, social/CSR projects is preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- - Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- - Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office. Spreadsheet capability required.
- - Willing to travel for school visits and field operations.
- - Experience in operations, education programs, community engagement is a plus.
- - Able to ride a motorcycle, possess a valid Class C driving license (SIM C), and own a motorcycle
