Responsibilities
- Conduct vision screening and refraction examinations.
- Provide professional recommendations for eyeglasses and vision correction solutions.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable lenses and frames.
- Ensure accurate optical measurements and prescription verification.
- Maintain patient records and comply with professional standards.
- Collaborate with the optical team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Refraction Optics, or a related field.
- Valid Refractionist Optician certification and professional registration/license (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of vision assessment and optical products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
