About the Role:
We’re ResuMatch, an Australian recruitment platform focused on the building services and trades sector. We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant specialized in recruitment to help us grow our candidate database.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outreach to potential candidates (electricians, HVAC technicians, fire services workers, etc.)
• Encourage CVs uploads to the ResuMatch platform
• Conduct phone/video calls to onboard candidates and create accounts
• Build relationships with candidates to increase sign-ups
• Track outreach metrics and report progress
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Comfortable using basic software and platforms
