We’re looking for an experienced team leader to join us in the Philippines. The Recruitment Team Lead is a key contributor who will build and lead a strong, motivated and high performing recruitment team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grow and lead a team of Associate Consultants and Recruitment Consultants; coaching and training the team in building a productive sales engine;
- Develop a strategy to foster a good customer service experience for our hiring partners;
- Develop a strategy to improve sales processes; navigate through complex sales situations;
- Develop a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industries, what they do, and their work culture and environment;
- Work with job candidates to identify the best job opportunities while managing their priorities efficiently;
- Manage and track hiring processes while working with hiring partners to provide guidance, gather feedback, and push job processes forward;
- Help and prepare candidates for all stages of interviews; and
- Partnering and collaborating with our Sales counterparts to ensure that our marketplace is successful.

Who We Are Looking For
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, or other relevant degrees;
- Strong command of written and spoken English to manage international stakeholders;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Sales experience with a strong sales track record in forecasting and hitting sales targets; prior work experience as a technical recruiter or recruitment consultant will be considered favourably;
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and the ability to understand and explain job requirements of our hiring partners’ roles;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to adapt to uncertainty and ambiguity; prior working experience in a start-up will be considered favourably;
- Passionate about technology and the recruitment industry;
- A team player with high EQ;
- Solutions- and target-oriented.
