Recruitment Staff

Job Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on outsourcing or headhunting.

Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).

Ability to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
