Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Membantu fungsi operasional Human Capital, seperti rekrutmen, administrasi personalia, pengelolaan data karyawan
Memastikan proses administrasi berjalan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
Merekap administrasi recruitment seperti penjadwalan interview, pelaksanaan & skoring psikotest & rekap hasil recruitment.
mendistribusi dan mensosialisasikan kebijakan dan informasi perusahaan.
berperan aktif dalam kegiatan dan event antar departemen.

Kualifikasi :

S1 Psikologi
1-2 Tahun pengalaman sebagai HR Recruitment/Generalist
Memiliki pengetahuan terkait fungsi HR & Peraturan Ketenagakerjaan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & intepersonal yang kuat
Terbiasa menggunakan MS Office, terutama Excel
