1. Responsible for end to end recruitment process
2. Set up recruitment strategy to ensure manpower fulfilment and readiness
3. Build the talent pool to manage hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates
4. Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadline
5. Provide weekly reports and metrics on candidates pipelining, talent mapping and effectiveness of recruitment plans and submit periodic recruitment report to update manpower status in organization
6. Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
7. Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2. Proven experience as Recruitment manager for minimum 4 years
3. Professional level of English proficiency
4. Detail-oriented and tech-savvy kind of person
5. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews with STAR approach, candidate screening and evaluation.
