Synergy Pro is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Bali.
We are seeking someone with previous recruitment experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to build good relationships with candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and screen candidates through various platforms
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates
- Work closely with local and expatriate clients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and recruitment platforms
- Able to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
