As we continue to grow our internal talent acquisition capabilities, we are hiring a Recruitment Specialist to join our core HR team in Jakarta.
Role Summary
- The Recruitment Specialist will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for MixWork's internal hiring needs, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding coordination. This role works closely with the HR Lead and hiring stakeholders to ensure a fast, professional, and candidate-friendly hiring process, while contributing to MixWork's broader mission of connecting top Indonesian talent with cross-border opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess role fit and qualifications.
- Coordinate closely with the HR Lead and internal stakeholders on hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate pipelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline tracking.
- Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with the team via Slack and Notion, and leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to streamline research, screening, and reporting.
- Deliver a professional, timely, and positive experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all stages of the recruitment process.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Comfortable working with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Gemini.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.

- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Jobstreet or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exposure to cross-border or offshore hiring processes.
Statutory Provisions & Compliance
- Full Legal Compliance: Employment contract managed under MixWork's Indonesia entity, in adherence with Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower and applicable local labor regulations.
- Healthcare & Social Security: Enrollment in BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
