A F&B company in Canggu, Bali is looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist (Full Time)
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer management
Source candidates for various F&B positions through job platforms, social media, networking, and other channels
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and candidate requirements
Build and maintain a strong talent pool, particularly for F&B and hospitality roles
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of F&B recruitment and the ability to source candidates for operational roles
Proven experience managing recruitment processes independently
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously
