Job description for Recruitment Specialist (Retail Industry Required) at Bocorocco Shoes

PT Chosen Mitra Abadi is a manufacturing fashion retail company produces Bocorocco as fashion brand that offers footwear revolution. Bocorocco is an Italian shoe brand that has Pillow Concept Technology (PCT) patented worldwide. Bocorocco has more than 40 counters throughout Indonesia with 4 Luxury Boutiques in Gandaria City Mall, Pondok Indah Mall 1, Mall @Alam Sutera and Grand Outlet Karawang. Now, Bocorocco is Official Footwear Partner of Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and Indonesian National Football Team.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi
Pengalaman min. 6 bulan - 1 tahun end-to-end recruitment sales advisor retail
Mampu dan berpengalaman massive hiring
Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait ekosistem industri retail fashion
Menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office (terutama excel), email management, dan penggunaan sistem HR (Recruitment).
Menguasai penggunaan & pengukuran alat-alat tes psikologi, serta manfaatnya.
Bersedia fleksibel dan mobile ketika diperlukan untuk ke office PIK, butik maupun area retail lainnya

Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan analisa kebutuhan karyawan secara komprehensif (termasuk melakukan konfirmasi ulang mengenai job & man specification untuk posisi yang dibutuhkan, seperti minimal pengalaman kerja, & persyaratan lainnya).
Melakukan kegiatan rekrutmen karyawan baru, mulai dari tahap iklan, seleksi dan penempatan karyawan.
Melakukan analisa korelasi antara jenis hasil tes seleksi yang dilakukan dengan kinerja calon karyawan dan/atau karyawan baru.
Melakukan pencatatan data administrasi karyawan baru dan data pelatihan secara tertib dan akurat.
Memberikan rekomendasi talenta potensial kepada setiap user dan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk proses selanjutnya.
Melakukan report setiap proses seleksi di dalam recruitment ke dalam database dan meeting mingguan.
