Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Event Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting attendees for our events. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent sourcing, marketing, and event promotion to ensure high-quality participation in our recruitment events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and engage potential attendees for company events.
  • Identify and target individuals who align with event objectives through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define event attendee criteria and recruitment goals.
  • Establish partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and other relevant networks to enhance event participation.
  • Coordinate and execute outreach campaigns, including email, phone, and social media engagement, to attract attendees.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • Manage event registration processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for attendees.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and event advertisements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment event strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or event promotion.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media outreach, and recruitment campaigns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event execution.
