Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus
- Detail-oriented and well-organized

Jobdesc:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offering
- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, mass hiring, job fairs, and other online/offline sources
- Conduct CV screening and initial candidate interviews
- Schedule interviews with users/hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Create and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding hiring needs
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and training centers for hiring purposes
