What You’ll Do:

• Melakukan sourcing kandidat melalui berbagai channel

• Screening dan interview kandidat

• Mengelola kandidat dari proses awal hingga join

• Mengelola database kandidat dan recruitment tracker

• Mencapai target hiring sesuai kebutuhan project

• Monitoring progress recruitment dan memastikan kebutuhan terpenuhi

Requirements:

• Minimal S1 Psikologi atau jurusan yang relevan

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang recruitment

• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target hiring

• Aktif melakukan sourcing dan tidak hanya menunggu kandidat masuk

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

• Target-oriented & result-oriented

• Pengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing (OS) menjadi nilai plus

• Bersedia bekerja WFO di Dago, Bandung
