Recruitment Manager – Cruise Ship & Hotel Placement
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for hotel and hospitality professionals to be placed on international cruise ships.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the recruitment of qualified, reliable, and industry-ready candidates who meet both hotel standards and cruise line requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a senior recruitment role
- Proven experience in hotel recruitment, cruise ship recruitment, or hospitality staffing
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and/or cruise ship working environments
- Highly honest, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to industry and client requirements
