Job description for Recruitment Intern at Pt. Sapta Tunas Teknologi
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Help find potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Review resumes and conduct initial calls to check basic qualifications.
- Write and post job openings on job boards and social media.
- Update and organize candidate profiles in the recruitment database.
- Arrange interview times between candidates and the hiring managers.
- Help the team with recruitment events like job fairs or campus hiring.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Final-year university student or recent graduate with a degree in Psychology
- Strong passion to build a career specifically within Talent Acquisition
- Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic knowledge of job portals
- Able to commit to a full-time internship program for a continuous duration of 6 months
