Job Description:

Membantu proses recruitment mulai dari screening CV, penjadwalan interview, hingga follow up kandidat
Mengelola data kandidat dan dokumen recruitment
Mendukung administrasi HR seperti pengarsipan dokumen dan database karyawan
Berkoordinasi dengan tim HR dalam pelaksanaan kebutuhan recruitment
Menyusun laporan sederhana terkait aktivitas rekrutmen

Requirement:

Fresh graduate atau mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari jurusan Psikologi
Memiliki minat yang kuat di bidang Human Resources (khususnya recruitment)
Mampu mengelola data dengan baik dan terbiasa menggunakan Google Workspace
Komunikatif, teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengatur waktu dengan baik
Tersedia untuk mengikuti program magang selama 3-6 bulan
