Job Description
Talent Hunts Indonesia is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced consultants in the executive search and recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
* Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting activities
* Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and consultants
* Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-up communication
* Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
* Assist consultants in administrative recruitment tasks and reporting
* Support employer branding and recruitment posting activities when required
Requirements
* Final year student or fresh graduate from any major (Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms
* Interest in recruitment, human capital, or executive search industry
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Internship period minimum 3 months preferred
