Recruitment Consultant Intern
English proficiency is required for this role

Work schedule

- Monday - Friday, 8.30-5.30 PM WIB (Work From Office)

- Eligible for Commissions

Position Description (day-to-day responsibilities):

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interview coordination.

2. Conduct market research and talent mapping based on client needs.

3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.

4. Assist consultants in preparing candidate reports and coordinating with clients.

Skills/experience required

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, or related fields.

2. Strong communication skills and ability to engage professionally with candidates and clients.

3. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Eager to learn recruitment processes and comfortable working with data and digital tools (ATS, spreadsheets, LinkedIn).
