Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments for clients in Bekasi, Cikarang, Cibitung, Purwakarta, and Karawang.

You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from understanding client requirements and sourcing suitable candidates to coordinating interviews and successfully placing candidates.

The role also involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide recruitment updates, and ensure positions are filled effectively and within the agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding recruitment needs, candidate progress, and hiring updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database across Bekasi, Cikarang, Cibitung, Purwakarta, and Karawang.
• Ensure recruitment assignments are managed effectively and meet client expectations and agreed targets.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Hands-on experience managing recruitment assignments in Bekasi, Cikarang, Cibitung, Purwakarta, or Karawang is essential.
• Good understanding of the local talent market and candidate availability in these areas.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple recruitment assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Good relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
• Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement, with 2 days WFO and 2 days WFH.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling recruitment for manufacturing companies, industrial businesses, or other organizations operating in the industrial areas of Bekasi and its surrounding regions.
