ISolutions Indonesia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Recruitment & HR Staff, responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and daily human resources operations to ensure effective talent acquisition and HR administration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Minimum SMK graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment and HR administrative documents
- Maintain candidate databases and employee records
- Support onboarding, attendance, leave administration, and other HR activities
- Prepare recruitment reports and HR documentation
- Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and procedures
