As a Recruitment & HR Associate, you will support the company in building a healthy, high-performance work environment. This role covers end-to-end people operations including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, payroll administration, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support performance management and feedback cycles
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist payroll, compensation, and employee data administration
- Handle office operations and general affairs
- Support employee engagement and internal communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in HR / People & Culture
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
